Standards Compliance
HTML5 Powered with Connectivity / Realtime, CSS3 / Styling, Device Access, Graphics, 3D & Effects, Multimedia, Performance & Integration, Semantics, and Offline & Storage The system has been developed and designed to comply with web standards guidelines. As such it is best viewed in a modern standards compliant browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera. The recommended minimum resolution for viewing this system in visual browsers is 1366 x 768 pixels at 32bit (16,777,216) colors. We have developed and designed a standards based system in part to make this system as accessible as possible. Our system uses XHTML and CSS. This system observes Level A Conformance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the Web Accessibility Initiative 1.0 as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C WAI), see W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. This system is also compliant with guidelines and standards as defined by the 1998 Amendment to Section 508 (29 U.S.C. 794d) of the United States Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Exceptions
While Scottsville Task Force 17 endeavors to adhere to or exceed the guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability as defined by W3C WCAG and U.S. Section 508, it is not always possible in every part of the system. In accordance with Section 508, which, requiring that individuals with disabilities, who are seeking information or services from us have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the information provided to those who are not individuals with disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on us. We attempt to provide an alternative format if possible.
